Swedish Reflections is a compelling anthology which features prose and poetry from Nobel Literature Prize winners like Seamus Heaney and W.B.Yeats, as well as accounts of visits by T.S. Eliot and G.B. Shaw to Sweden. It includes writing inspired by Sweden by authors who may once have been expected to win the Nobel Prize, such as Graham Greene and Evelyn Waugh. It also brings together writing by John Fowles, Bruce Chatwin, Michael Frayn, Paul Durcan, Carol Rumens and Malcolm Bradbury. Older observers of Swedish affairs include Wordsworth, Samuel Johnson, Defoe and Longfellow.
